YOUR HOSTESS, COOKERY BOOKS and WHITE CHINA YOUR HOSTESS Lesley Orr trained in London at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School, before gaining experience in a number of well known kitchens including Thornbury Castle and Popjoys in Bath. After teaching cookery for two years, first at the Cordon Bleu and then at Prue Leith's School of Food and Wine, she and her husband, Robert, established the Bay Tree Restaurant in Johannesburg, which they ran for five successful years and which still flourishes. ![]() LESLEY IN HER GARDEN Evening meals are specially prepared by Lesley using fresh local produce with home-made bread a speciality. ~~~~ COOKERY BOOKS A few copies of Simple but Good Book I are still available at £6.50 plus postage
